I'm so glad you're here to kick off Countdown to Confetti with me today! Do you spy new goodies? How about new Birthday Wishes sentiments, Polka Panel Confetti Cuts and Stitched Squares Confetti Cuts? Oh how I love to add texture and layers with these dies. I layered the die cut panels in a wonky-like fashion, stamping the top layer with a birthday sentiment.
To top it off, I added a trio of balloons die cut from a new 6x6 paper pad - Paper Bliss. You are going to love this bright and cheery mix of playful patterns! The balloon dies are from Congratulations Confetti Cuts and Boxes 'N Balloons.

The polka dot layer is the first layer on the A2 card base. The stamped layer sits at an angle on top of it. Thanks for asking!
