Color Throwdown 591

For this week's Color Throwdown Challenge - plum, pink, peach and white. I have to admit that I struggle to find love and admiration for a purple and pink combo...I don't know, maybe it's the whole '80s thing. Anyway, I have to say that I struck a balance that I love and right in my own little paper scrap basket of all places. I absolutely with teammate Jodi's rainbow love card a few weeks back and had to try my hand at one myself. The sentiment is from an oldie set from PTI called Shutterbug Special.

CTD 589 - Family Forever

Cute bunnies are from The Cat's Pajamas - Family this set! I used this week's Color Throwdown colors (red, black, grey, white) to watercolor the image using Zig markers. The sentiment is from a retired PaperTrey Ink set. I tucked in a bit of gingham patterned paper to pull together the colors and give the card a bit of homespun feel.

Here's another card I made this week using another Family Forever image in simple shades of grey and yellow.

Time to click through the CTD team and guest links below for more color inspiration!
