Color Throwdown - Besties Forever

I'm so excited to share my card for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge with you today! I've created an autumn scene using adorable images from Reverse Confetti. Keep scrolling for a closer look!

I'm loving the addition of aqua to this autumn palette. This week's colors: aqua, green, rust and orange.

As usual, I colored the images with Zig markers in a loose watercolor fashion and then trimmed them using the coordinating dies. I love this sentiment from Fancy Word Coordinates.  I wanted the tree stump and branch to peek in from the side, so I added a layer trimmed with the spiky grass die included in Nuts About You Confetti Cuts.

I hope you'll make a little time to play along with us this week, we'd love to see what you create. Please use keyword CTD462 in public galleries and #ctd462 and #colorthrowdown on social media  sites.

Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop

Welcome to the SugarPea Designs Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop featuring more goodness and inspiration from the Fall Product Release. My card features two of my favorites from the release, actually three - Sweet Sentiments - You and coordinating SugarCut - You, Indian Summer and the SugarCut - Arrow Cover Plate. I actually had extras from Indian Summer all colored, so I created a little scene using the sentiment and die cut 'You'. I just love these stamps and dies together.

How about more inspiration from the team? Comment along the way for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the SugarPea Designs store. Good luck!

Color Throwdown 461 - Too Cute To Spook

Welcome to Color Throwdown #461! Amy Rysavy is this week's hostess with the mostess, so you'll want to check out her card along with the rest of the team and guests at the Color Throwdown blog. Also, remember to use the keyword CTD461 if you upload your project to an online gallery. You can use the keywords #ctd461 and #colorthrowdown if you upload to any social media sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Most of all, have fun!

This week's colors got me in the Halloween spirit, so I pulled out one of my favorites from Reverse Confetti, Too Cute To Spook, and got busy making a scene. I also used the adorable spiky grass die that's part of Reverse Confetti's Nuts About You Confetti Cuts set and the Fright Night 6x6 pad. I also followed this week's CAS(E) this Sketch #239 which you can see below.

How about a little inspiration from the team and guests to get your mojo going:

Color Throwdown #460

Welcome to Color Throwdown #460! Wanda is this week's hostess with the mostess, so you'll want to check out her card along with the rest of the team and guests at the Color Throwdown blog.  My clean and simple card features Neat and Tangled's timeless stamp, Hope Anchors, one of my favorites that definitely doesn't see enough ink. I've embossed it in white on a green panel and then added a strip of SugarPea Designs navy striped paper from their new Spots & Stripes Brights paper collection. I think stars pair are a sure win addition to anything nautical, so I sprinkled in a few wood veneer stars and called it a day.

Reverse Confetti September Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti NEW RELEASE blog hop! Today's post is all about the new packaging options available, including two new clear boxes and a mini treat bag that I showcased in yesterday's post. On the left, I've got oatmeal in the form of  magic reindeer food, and on the right, oatmeal in the form of elf granola, all sugary and sweet!

I filled a Mini Clear Box with a scoop of magic reindeer food, tied it with a ribbon and attached a Tag Duo Confetti Cuts tag that I stamped with a sentiment from Sentimental Christmas. Quick, easy and cute to boot!

For my elfie granola, I used a Clear Treat Box that I dressed up with the coordinating Confetti Cuts Box Wrap die. I layered a tag using the smaller Tag Duo and Fa La La Confetti Cuts dies. The sentiment is also from Sentimental Christmas. Quick and easy to mass produce once the design is decided. Just a quick note - the Box Wrap comes with 6 Clear Treat Boxes (score!).

Time to hop around and see what the rest of the Confetti Crew and 'Fetti Friend, Juhi, have in store for us. I can't wait to see myself! Thanks so much for stopping by today and all week.
