Reverse Confetti November Release

I am hopping with the Reverse Confetti family today to share some inspiration for their November Release. I had the pleasure of playing with Polar Party and Adore Him, and here are my designs:

I've seen so many designs lately in pastels and earth tones, so I decided to try it out on my designs for this release and really enjoyed the results. Pinks and peaches brought all of my friends together nicely! The sentiment on the Polar Party card is from a sweet sentiment set that is FREE for the taking with a qualifying purchase, so be sure to take advantage of that.

Here are full graphics of my featured sets, including the cover plate die used in both of my designs - Brilliance. It gives the perfect amount of texture and supporting role to the main event in both cards.

And now for the rest of the blog hop filled with fun and gorgeous inspiration. Enjoy!

You are going to flip for all of the fun(ny) sentiments included in Halloween Sentiments - a must have coordinating set to the adorable Boo Day.

My second hop project is a little more on the calm, cool and collected side. This one features a long and skinny using Boo Day in shades to match the die cut 'boo' patterned paper.

Color Throwdown #654 - Hug Your Dog (on repeat)!

I'm excited to share this week's Color Throwdown card with you because it features my most favorite creature in the world - a cutie pie pooch! I've colored this sweet pup in shades of grey and kraft and left his bone 'white'. This image is another old wood mounted stamp from my collection. I don't think I could ever part with this cute guy. The sentiment is from a fun dog themed sentiment set from Taylored Expressions' Woof.

Here's your inspiration piece for this week's combo: grey, kraft and white. And there are links to more color inspiration from the CTD team. Hope you can grab your stamps and play along this week as I'm hosting and would love to see what you do with this neutral palette.

Color Throwdown #652 - AHOY!

Welcome to a new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Bar is our hostess and has chosen an inspiration piece with the colors: turquoise, blue, green and kraft. As you'll see below, the inspiration piece is a dreamy tropical island theme and while looking through a bin of wonderful old stamps, I came across this fun image that reminded me of it. I paired my swash buckling crew with Reverse Confetti's Letter Cuts Confetti Cuts to spell out a sentiment as well as a cloud from Honey Bear.

Reverse Confetti New Release Hop

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti New Release Blog Hop! I'm so excited to be part of this fun group of creative designers sharing our latest creations using products from the July release at Reverse Confetti. You may have arrived here from Tricia Barber's blog where I'm sure you were treated to something colorful and uber-creative!

I'm going to start off with a clean and simple card using Hummingbird. I am a bird watcher and it always thrills me to hear and then see hummingbirds zooming around my flowers. They are truly amazing little creatures and so colorful.

Oceans of Love is another set from this release that is full of fun images to color and create fun little scenes. My underwater scene is set atop Circle of Waves Confetti Cuts, another product from the July release.

Here are images of the products I used today...have fun looking and shopping!

Color Throwdown #650

Welcome to this week's Color Throwdown Challenge!
This week's colors are yellow, black, grey and white.

My card uses fun dies and stamps from Reverse Confetti. I just love this gull from Let's Shellabrate and had to pair it with a punny sentiment, so I used the YOU die in addition to Letter Cuts letters to spell "You Go Gull"!

And now for more inspiration from the CTD team linked below:

Color Throwdown Challenge #648

This week's colors are pink, lavender, green and orange. I've used a stamped image from Paper Smooches and coordinating sentiment. I watercolored the lighthouse in the challenge colors and it's looking almost a bit rainbow-ish, don't you think? Very fitting for June, Pride month.

Now for a look at this week's inspiration and the CTD team and guests. Enjoy the inspiration and come on out to play along with us this week.
