I've pulled together a fun fall palette on which I stamped the wood grain pattern, sentiment banner and acorn from Forever Fall.
It happens to me quite often in my stamping, call it fate or subliminal thinking, but after pulling my card together, I sat back and noticed how the wood grain layer could easily resemble a tree (duh) with the punched hole and acorn serving as our friendly squirrel's humble abode. Call me a-corny!
Either way, I had a ball stamping with Forever Fall and will be back with more on Sunday during the Reverse Confetti Blog Hop, so come on back! Here's a full view of Forever Fall...
Buy the way (stole that from my BSF Carole), Forever Fall and 4 more stamp sets will be released and available for purchase, Sunday, September 8th. They don't call it 'Sunday Fun-day' for nuttin'! Head on over to Reverse Confetti for more sneak peeks at Forever Fall.
Thanks for stopping by today! ~Amy

Fab!!
Well how stinkin' cute is this card?!? I immediately saw it as a tree trunk...just needed a bear poking his head out...but the acorn is the next best thing. Buy the way...this stamp set is on my wishlist. Come on Sunday....
GOTTA HAVE this stamp set! Thanks for making it so enticing!!
Cute - love the acorn.
What a sweet card; your little acorn nestled in the tree trunk just makes me smile! Wonderful showcase of the new RC release!

Amy, I am so glad to have you playing with us this month. Love the "acorny" card ;) Hugs-Jen
Great card! Loving that great woodgrain border!
I'll be a-corny right along with ya! I love this - the woodgrain panel is great -- I wouldn't have thought to flip it like that - so smart. Great color palette too - fresh!
Very cute! Love the hole in the "tree" on your card! This is great!
Love your "tree" and acorn, Amy! And that little wonked banner tail, perfect!
So cute! Love that little heart in the woodgrain. I was wondering what was up with the strips, but now I see, it only comes in a horizontal pattern. You're one of those people who can just make it work anyway. What a perfect place for a cute acorn.
I LOVE a-corny!! And the way you cut the background wood-grain-stamped background into strips... so clever, Amy. Look at you, always helping a friend =]
