Stuck On You

Color Throwdown #531

Welcome to this week's Color Throwdown Challenge, so glad you're here. This week's color were a bit of a challenge for me - purple, grey and rust. I do like the combination on my favorite little gnome though, what do you think?!

Just for fun(ny), I added a sentiment from one of my oldest and dearest Reverse Confetti sets, Fancy Word Coordinates. Adding a little giggle factor to my cards is my favorite embellishment!

Love You

This week's Color Throwdown palette is just perfect for that last minute Valentine you need to make - gray, fuchsia and black.

Once again, my card features a combination of a sentiment from SugarPea Designs and Home & Hearth dies from Ellen Hutson. After all, they were just lying there on my stamping table. I've also used a piece of patterned paper from Ellen Hutson, Modern Graphics, designed by the one and only, Julie Ebersole.

Color Throwdown #529

Welcome to a new month of color challenges with the team at Color Throwdown! I'm so excited to have one of my oldest and dearest stamping friends joining us as our February Guest Designer. Leigh O'Brien is in the house, and I couldn't be more excited to see her beautifully colored creations all.month.long. Besides her killer coloring, she's also an amazing basket (basketry?) artist. Doggone Good Friend

Brrr! It's beyond chilly in my neck of the wood this week and I'm enjoying my third (yes, third!) day off work because of it and a few inches of snow earlier in the week. The time off has given me ample time to play with this week's Color Throwdown colors as well as tidying up my crafty space.

The challenge colors inspired me to use either a giraffe or bear image, and since Big Bear was well within reach (and so darn cute), he won out for this week's honors.

I just can't get enough of this set but actually pulled in a sentiment from Furever Friends, another adorable Reverse Confetti set! I've always loved combining my Reverse Confetti stamps and dies and this combo is a perfect match!

Color Throwdown #527 - Party Pug

Welcome to this week's Color Throwdown challenge. We've got a cool and calming colors for you this week - navy, green and gray. Take a look at the inspiration photo a little further down, and remember that you may add in neutrals and work within the color family as you wish.

Big Bear + CTD 526

Welcome to a new set of Color Throwdown colors! Loving this week's colors of aqua, white and blue and could not wait to use my new Reverse Confetti Big Bear stamp set with them!

Is this bear not the most adorable thing. Look at his expression...poor thing forgot your birthday and just remembered it while enjoying his morning cuppa joe. The coordinating Big Bear dies trim out his paws so he can fill them up with coffee mugs, knitting projects and more. Check out at Reverse Confetti for all the details.
