Lawn Fawn - I'm Stuck on You

Boy was I ever surprised when I found this adorable set from Lawn Fawn that somehow got tucked between a few other things in my craft room! I'm thinking my husband would love to give this to me for our anniversary next month, so I'll tuck it away for him to somehow find. Sometimes you just gotta create/conspire your own destiny, folks.

After stamping the two cute cacti from Stuck on You, I used Copic markers to add a rocky ground base and a little color depth to each of the cacti. Wanting to really make that bright pink heart pop, I added a layer of Glossy Accents to it.

YNS - Welcome Little One

I'm playing along with the YNS Design Team Dare Challenge - gumdrops & stitching. 

I sorta took that as gumdrops OR stitching, or (mis)interpreted it to mean I could just think about stitching and use the thread in an inspiring sort of way...

Paper Smooches - The Father's Day Files

We've got Mother's Day tucked behind us for another year, so naturally, we're moving on to Father's Day, right? I have a  fun card to share with you using products from the Paper Smooches May release that will hopefully inspire you.

I created a file folder edge using and then decided to add a little something to 'file' inside. There's even room behind to stash a gift card or another love note from the kiddos.

I also created a mountain-valley fold with my Scor-Pal for a more interactive card.

YNS Blog Hop - Life's a Beach!

First off - Happy Mother's Day, all! I hope you're enjoying a day filled with love, laughs and a little pampering.

Secondly, I'm hoppin' along with the YNS gals and have a snappy little card to share with you as part of the YNS Release Day Blog Hop. 

Today's card uses the cutest little crab you ever did see from the newly released set, Baking Buddies.  I tripled the cuteness and added a fun sentiment from Quirky Animals.  I can see this little crabber making a repeat performance very soon.
