YNS Sneak Peek - Welcome Little One

I've got a sweet little sneak peak for you today from Your Next Stamp's adorable set, Woodland Cuties. Make sure you visit the YNS blog for a complete list of sneak peeks - you're not going to want to miss any of the goodies!

I had fun trying my hand at this super cool no-line coloring technique that's everywhere these days, and I must say this cute little fox was the perfect subject for my experiment.  Faux birch trees were made with Tree Trio and tiny watercolor swipes painted randomly on each trunk.

Birthday Bash Shaker Pocket

Happy Friday!

The new Surf & Turf Icons are perfect for creating multiple fish as seen here, and I love the nice thick lines of Kim's stamps, especially when it comes to coloring.

Paper Smooches a-DORK-able

How about a clean and simple card today using the a-dork-able hat die from Paper Smooches?! 

The Man Hat just makes me giggle.

The plaid pattern was created using the stripes stamp from Artisan Blocks. Stamp your card stock before die cutting it to get a nice clean stamped edge.

While my watercolor wash background was still damp, I randomly sprinkled gold embossing powder and heat set it for a mod sea spray look.

After stamping, die cutting and assembling and positioning the tag, I felt like the red card base needed 'something', so I scored parallel lines vertically and then again horizontally, stopping just past the intersection of the two. I think I just might be trying this little trick again soon!

(why not?) Celebrate Your Day with Pink Flamingos

Hi friends! I've got a little something to share with you using some old and new Paper Smooches product.
