It's a Frame-n-Anchor!

I'm back with more from the latest Paper Smooches release...

Frame 3 | Anchor | Waves | Wicked Nauticool

While my watercolor wash background was still damp, I randomly sprinkled gold embossing powder and heat set it for a mod sea spray look.
