Welcome to the final day of a week filled with ideas and tips to get your crafty
area organized! Today's focus is on ink pad and refill storage, and I'm going to show you
how I currently organize mine.
You're probably tiring of these rolling cart photos, but here again is where I store my ink pads and refills. I have three bins committed solely for protecting my beloved inks, broken into three sections: dye ink, hybrid ink and pigment ink.
You can seriously store a ton of MFT's Dye Ink pads in one 12x12 bin...like 40+. That's a huge space saver, and while I sometimes have to rummage through my bin to locate a desired color, I love that they're tucked away and out of sight when not in use.
MFT's Hybrid Ink pads are slighter larger but still fit neat as a pin in my covered bin.
I'm building my collection of yummy MFT Pigment Ink pads, so there's extra room for a box lid that holds my ink refills.
This is the most 'organized' thing I've ever done with my crafty supplies - labeling each refill bottle! I punched a 1/4" circle of coordinating card stock and glued it to the top of the bottle cap with a drop of Glossy Accents for sure-stay power.
I hope you've enjoyed this week of crafty stash organization posts as much as I have. Always remember to use the ideas that work for YOU. If you're just starting to think about organizing and it seems daunting, start small. Baby steps!
Finally, check out all of the great organizational ideas linked from the MFT Blog along with today's prize package in honor of the 5 Days to an Organized Crafty Stash event and have a great weekend!

You ladies have some awesome ideas on organizing. I have a few things organized so nicely, but wish I can do it all like ya'lls rooms. Beautifully done!
Great idea to stick a tiny hole punch of the reinker color on the bottle!
I love the tip about the 1/4 circles on the ink refills.
Also I have been over to MFT blog but cannot find a comment section there today for the life of me. I have been leaving comments there all week so I don't get it???
Love this idea with the 1/4 circle.
My least favorite supply to store, Amy... thanks for sharing your ideas!

This is awesome. I love the little punched dot to recognize which is which.
Oh that DOT has got to be the hit of the day, I never can find the right reinker without pulling 10 up before I get the right one. Thanks your the best.
What a dream with all the ink
This is my biggest Ah Ha moment--color the top of the reinkers. I so appreciate all the tips you've given all week. Thanks a ton.
Those rolling carts have worked well for me so far too! Thanks for the great ideas!
Love your idea☺
That is a lot of fun ink!
Smart idea to put the colour on the top with the hole punch!
how ingenious - the little drop of color on the top! You have so many scrumptious ink pads & re-inkers!
That is awesome to mark the refill bottle on the top with a color chip. So LOVE all the great tips this week!!!!
What I love about your storage system is that everything is in one cart. Fantastic idea about punching out the coordinating cardstock and gluing to the reinker...never thought to use glossy accents to do it. Thanks for the tip! :)
Love how you can store so many ink pads into these draws and how you label the outside of them for quick reference of where everything is at. Thanks for a wonderful week of organizing!
Love how you store your inks... and the dot on top of the reinkers is AWESOME!
The dot on top of the reinkers is so very clever Amy!
Awesome idea adding the color to cap! Love it!
Thanks for some awesome ideas. I'm new to stamping so my collection is still small, but would definitely use some of these ideas for when I get more things.
Thanks so much for inviting us into your crafting space to share your organizing ideas with us.
