MFT Wednesday Stamp Club

Welcome to this week's Wednesday Stamp Club post! I've got a French-fun (as opposed to french fry) number for you today featuring newly released products paired with a few of my MFT favorites. The MFT Blog has complete Wednesday Stamp Club details, including the original sketch and a link-up to everyone playing along which provides oodles of inspiration at your finger tips!

I had this Lemon Drop leftover striped Treat Pocket and decided it was speaking French to me, so I added a Nightshift Blue Eiffel Tower and Red Hot Dimensional Banner stamped with a sentiment from Expand Your View to create the focal point of today's card. I love the pop of Blu Raspberry the Delicate Doilies Die-namics provides.

MFT's new Grout Gray ink provides the 'perfect' subtle touch I was looking for. The sentiment is another from Expand Your View and an over-sized damask stamp from Damask Designs.

Easy access to all products used on today's card can be found below for your convenience! Thanks for stopping by today, and we'll see you soon with sneak peeks of the upcoming February release starting next Wednesday.

MFT Wednesday Stamp Club

It's time for another fun sketch challenge from My Favorite Things! As always, complete details can be found at the MFT Blog, and direct links to all products used at the bottom of my post.  Here's a look at this week's sketch:

I created a 'teacher valentine' with the sketch, turning the Die-namics TRANSFORM-ables Heart Full of Love into a teacher apple {wink}. The heart-apple stem and leaf are part of the Red Delicious Die-namics, and so fun in Blu Raspberry card stock.

Laina Lamb's Head of the Class script alphabet stamp kept things old school, while the Striped Backgrounds in Banana Split ink gave this valentine a trendy twist. 'BE MINE' is spelled out with the Negative Dot Alphabet Die-namics in Primitive White card stock.

The inside of the card consists of another Red Hot Die-namics TRANSFORM-ables Heart Full of Love stamped with a sentiment from Lisa Johnson's fabby Valentine's Day set, Love's the Ticket.
Thanks for taking a peek at my 'teacher valentine' today. I hope it inspires you to get started or finish up all those valentines you'll be sending out soon! Below are direct links to all products used on today's card.

MFT Creative Challenge - Spell It Out!

Personalization is one of the perks of making your own paper-crafted 'stuff', and this month's Creative Challenge with the MFT Design Team is all about that - personalizing your project using MFT's amazing alphabet stamps and Die-namics!

I've got two projects to share with you today - a mini album for 'someone' in my family who is soon traveling to Paris (yeah, baby!) and a fun little card using a saying you've probably heard from this song. Ü

Let's start off with that country song inspired card which also happens to use some shiny cardboard up-cycled from my youngest son's tractor box...country meets country!

I used Typewriter Alphabet in Sweet Tooth pigment ink for the first part of the sentiment, High Rise Alphabet Lowercase Die-namics for 'shine' and Negative Dot Alphabet in Lemon Drop card stock to finish off the sentiment.

Inside is a quick and easy sentiment in Steel Grey ink from Cheerful Blessings.

My second project is a mini album for my niece who is traveling to Paris in a couple months - lucky girl! She loves to document everything in pictures as does her mom, so I hope she'll enjoy using this little mini.

I've left the inside pages simply stamped with lots of room for pictures and journaling. Laina Lamb's Expand Your View provided perfect sentiments.

Extra pages and other memorabilia can be easily added to the book ring binding.

Although a bit hard to see, the last page is embossed with the Eiffel Tower Die-namics for a subtle finish.

I hope you've enjoyed my personalized projects for this month's Spell It Out challenge. The rest of Team MFT has plenty more to share, so be sure to check out everyone's projects following the links at the MFT Blog.  Direct links to all MFT products used on my projects is listed below for easy peasy access.
