MFT June Teasers {Blissful Butterflies}

Welcome to the most anticipated time of the month, MFT Teasers Week! Today marks Day 1 where Team MFT is highlighting a fabulous butterfly set and coordinating Die-namics from Lisa Johnson Designs called Blissful Butterflies as well as an adorable Pure Innocence set called Gone Fishin' and the fourth version of the Blueprints Die-namics, which you're going to just.love.  I've used Blissful Butterflies and the coordinating Die-namics for my card today.

 

 I started with a Sweet Tooth card base and then layered Steel Blue panels stamped with a butterfly image from Blissful Butterflies in watermark ink. The lower panel is stamped with brush strokes from another new set that will be 'teased' on Friday and then stamped a sentiment from Blissful Butterflies on top of the trio of brushstrokes in Black Licorice ink.

This shot show more of the brush strokes stamped in white craft ink with the overlaying sentiment. My pop of color comes in Orange Fizz today. I die cut the butterfly from Orange Fizz card stock using the Blissful Butterflies Die-namics and then stamped the coordinating butterfly image in Orange Fizz ink.

The inside of my card features a trio of stamped images, two from Blissful Butterflies and one of the brushstrokes in Black Licorice, Orange Fizz and (stamped off once) Steel Blue inks. This card is going to a recent graduate and I think the butterfly image and sentiments work perfectly for it!
