Just a little reminder about all the great
CutUps dies available at TCP, including the Pennant and Inside Pinking dies that I've used on my card today to create my wintry scene. I added bits of "snow" to the Inside Pinking die to hopefully resemble icicles hanging from the banner created with the pennants.
