SugarPea Designs - Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop with SugarPea Designs!  Now that you have the Holiday Release products in your hot little hands, we're geared up to inspire you with even MORE creative possibilities featuring our newest products!

I used O Christmas Tree to stamp out a hip and trendy holiday card in shades of grey, black and gold. I started by tracing a circle lightly in pencil and then stamped the three solid circle stamps in a wreath-like fashion. I needed more color, so I then added the gold stars and finally the tiny black asterisk looking image. On top of my stamped wreath is the big, bold an beautiful sentiment, also from O Christmas Tree. I then die cut a circle inside the grey layer to draw more attention to my stamped collage using one of the larger SugarCut - Zig Zag Stitched Circles.

Color Throwdown 418

Hi there! It's time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge. I think you're going to enjoy this week's colors (orange, rust, teal & copper) as they've got great potential with just about any stamp set you have on hand. As always, the colors are generic and it's ok to use whatever shade of the colors that works for you, or that you have in your stash. We just want you to come out and play along with us. And, when you do, please use keyword CTD418 in public galleries and #ctd418 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites so we can see what you've made!

I used a brand new to me set from Lil' Inker - Rustic Christmas and combined it with a die cut and sentiment from Simon Says Stamp - Wishing & Better Together. I can't wait to ink Rustic Christmas up again soon, but for today I used it as a non-holiday card. I copper embossed the row of houses and colored them in with Zig markers before adding the die cut 'wishing' and copper embossed sentiment.

Reverse Confetti Blog Hop

Greetings, 'Fetti Fans, and welcome to the November release blog hop with Reverse Confetti

I'm rounding out the November release with a clean and simple card using Confetti Cuts and no stamping, gasp! I love layering white on white Confetti Cuts cover panels for subtle dimension. Here I've used the new Large Eyelet Cover Panel along with Greetings Frame and Holly Confetti Cuts. To really keep things clean and simple, I cut a single berry using the larger circle die from Whole Lotta Thanks Confetti Cuts.

Thank you so much for stopping and sharing part of your day with me. You'll definitely want to keep hopping through the blog hop order for more eye candy. I know I can't wait to see what the girls have for us today. Have a great weekend and enjoy your new Reverse Confetti goodies!

Countdown to Confetti - Smitten Mittens

Welcome to day 3 of Countdown to Confetti with Reverse Confetti. I think I literally squealed when I first saw the adorable mitten stamps and dies in Smitten Mittens! And, can I just say how much I love the name - Smitten Mittens? I mean, c'mon, if you're a fan of the show Friends, then surely you remember the 'smitten kitten' line, right?

I die cut the Smitten Mittens Confetti Cuts from red and charcoal felt and then layered on a Let It Snow Confetti Cuts snowflake. I couldn't resist adding a tiny black button to each and then tethered them with natural twine. For the sentiment, I stamped the 'let it snow' mitten from Smitten Mittens in black ink and then trimmed it out and popped it up on foam adhesive.

Countdown to Confetti - Clink!

Cheers! It's day two of Countdown to Confetti and today's featured set, Clink, is everything you need to celebrate the upcoming holidays in 5 o'clock somewhere style.

After stamping 'cheers' from Clink in a vertical strip on a Stone cardstock base in coordinating Stone ink, I layered on the Confetti Cuts die cuts - Tall Tag Trio, Clink and Dots Tag Layer (as the cheese for my wine). Loving all of these new Confetti Cuts that pair perfectly!

Countdown to Confetti - Bearing Gifts

Welcome to Countdown to Confetti with Reverse Confetti! I'm kicking off day one with Bearing Gifts and coordinating Bearing Gifts Confetti Cuts along with Warm Heart 6x6 patterned paper pad.

The colors in Warm Heart couldn't be more delightful and coordinate perfectly with new ink and cardstock colors also being released this month - Mist, Baby Blue, Navy & Royal Purple. I had so much fun coloring, die cutting and assembling my wintry scene above on layers of Warm Heart papers. I pulled colors from the papers to color the images with Zig markers.  The sentiment is stamped on a Tall Tag Trio Confetti Cuts, also part of the November release.

Before you head out, leave a comment below for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate to Reverse Confetti. You can increase your chances by leaving comments at the Reverse Confetti blog, Reverse Confetti Facebook page and on the other design team and 'Fetti Friends' blogs. You'll find links to all blogs showcasing Countdown to Confetti at the Reverse Confetti blog. Good luck!

Color Throwdown 417 - PSL kinda day!

Hi there! So glad you stopped by today as I unveil this week's Color Throwdown Challenge palette of green, aqua and orange. As always, the colors are generic and it's ok to use whatever shade of the colors that works for you, or that you have in your stash. We just want you to come out and play along with us. And, when you do, please use keyword CTD417 in public galleries and #ctd417 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites so we can see what you've made!

My card showcases a whole bunch of Reverse Confetti goodies all mixed together, just like a steamy delicious pumpkin spice latte! I started with a watercolored card base using Reverse Confetti's Cloud White cardstock which is perfect for watercoloring. I then layered an All Framed Up Confetti Cuts frame, images from Just Brew It & Coffee and You. I used a bit of patterned paper from the Fright Night 6x6 pad and mini banners from Gift Card HolderTag to embellish my scene along with a trio of my favorite wood veneer stars.
