Inspired 2-pocket tote

While browsing SCS the other day, I came across the most adorable tote made by Paynete. Click here to view it. Upon further investigation, I found that she'd made it using Stampin' Up!'s bigz xl die--Box #2. Ho-hum, I don't own that die, so my initial thought was to open up another tab on my internet brower, head over to the SU! demo website and order that die with next day shipping, lol! Of course, I counted to 10 and realized that wasn't financially feasible for me right now, so I went to bed. I woke up thinking about that darn tote (obsessing, actually), got home from work yesterday afternoon, pulled out my Score-Pal and came up with this:

I am just tickled with the result, and as a SU! demo, of course I urge you to buy the aforementioned die, but if you don't have the moo-lah and are able to follow directions and a picture, here's my attempt at explaining how I made the tote:

• cut card stock 5" x 11"
• score at 1", 5", 6", 10"
• turn paper and score at 1" & 3 1/2"
• repeat with another piece of 5" x 11" card stock

Once you have cut and scored your card stock, fold your tote and adhere where needed. Repeat with your second piece of 5x11 card stock and adhere the two totes together, back to back. Use a large oval punch to punch the handle. Finally, decorate as you desire. Have fun with this fun little tote!
