Color Throwdown Challenge #648

This week's colors are pink, lavender, green and orange. I've used a stamped image from Paper Smooches and coordinating sentiment. I watercolored the lighthouse in the challenge colors and it's looking almost a bit rainbow-ish, don't you think? Very fitting for June, Pride month.

Orange, burgundy, green and pink...this week's challenge colors, warm and wonderful.

I've been eyeing up all the fun slimline cards around stamping town (3 or 3.5 by 8.5 inches) and decided to use a trio of posh planters to fill it up. This week's colors are just the perfect blend for this stamp set!

Color Throwdown 566

Paper Smooches October Release

Being a long time fan of Kim Hughes’ sweet, one of a kind designs, I'm so excited to be guest designing for the Paper Smooches October Release! I'll be sharing more creations using the new release all month long, starting Wednesday in my Color Throwdown post, so I hope you'll check back.

The card above features my favorite Frame 3 along with new products coming your way tomorrow - Spreading Joy & Laurels Dies.

Aren't those laurels beyond beautiful?! I simply watercolored them in two shades of green Zig markers, arranged them in a messy-bun bouquet and tucked them inside and out of my die cut frame.

Color Throwdown 541

Welcome to this week's Color Throwdown Challenge. This week's colors are pale pink, brown and black, the perfect reason to use my new favorite bear from Waffle Flower's Books and Coffee set. Those specs are so.adorable.

Sticking with my usual, I water colored the image with Zig markers, and then added a black moon and wood veneer stars. The fun frame is Paper Smooches' Fancy Frames.
