MFT New Product Launch - Abstract Art

Are you ready for a bit more from the latest release from My Favorite Things? I'm so excited to show you a few more projects I've made using Abstract Art, so let's get started with the MFT November Product Launch!

First up is my personal favorite of the 3 cards I'm sharing with you tonight because it combines my favorites from this release - Abstract Art, Striped Backgrounds, Document It - Holiday Traditions and Woodgrain Background!

I decided to have a little fun with the largest splatter stamp from Abstract Art and gave it a little gold embossing to show it off even more. I love the gold with the traditional Electric Red and Gumdrop Green. The official seal from Holiday Traditions is stamped in Hot Fudge ink on Chocolate Brown cardstock and then layered on top of a scrunchy mess of Hemp Cord and an Electric Red striped Banner Greetings Die-namics.

Inside is a duet of Fishtail Flags stamped with Woodgrain and Striped Backgrounds and a sentiment from Holiday Botanicals in Hot Fudge ink.

Next up is another holiday card with a modern twist using one of the larger brushstrokes from Abstract Art in Electric Red ink on Red Hot cardstock.

I combined a mini sentiment from Holiday Traditions with a December Memories Die-namics in Blu Raspberry and accented the sentiment combo with a shiny silver star. Did you know that Steel Blue + Mix-ables Sheer Shimmer Mist = silver? Cool, huh?!

Inside is another Fishtail Flag duet using more Abstract Art, Striped Backgrounds and Cheerful Christmas Greetings.

My final card tonight features a combo of Abstract Art, Striped Backgrounds and the adorable new PI Warm Winter.

I thought the sentiments from You're the Coolest worked well with my card, so I opted to use them both outside...

...and inside. I think the Abstract Art splatters in Blu Raspberry look like splattered snowballs, so fun!

And there you have a little more lovin' from this month's November Product Launch with My Favorite Things! You'll find all new products in the Brand New section of the MFT Boutique. MFT Release Countdown - Happy Heart Snowman

We've made it to Day 1 of the November Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! I've had a blast making and sharing projects with you over the past seven days and hope that you've enjoyed them as well. You'll definitely want to keep an eye on all of the happenings over at the MFT Blog and peek in on the other designers to see what they've been crafting up!

My final Release Countdown project features an adorable snowman - Pure Innocence Happy Heart Snowman. I think this cutie will make some sweet valentines in a couple of months, so keep him in mind for that. Can't help but say it - he'll melt your heart!

I started with a Primitive White card base and topped it with a Kraft tag using Blueprints 9. On top of that I layered Woodgrain embossed Snow Drifts, Let It Snowflakes and, of course, Happy Heart Snowman.

I stamped him on Primitive White, colored him in and then paper pieced him onto the Kraft tag. His heart was also paper pieced from Red Hot card stock that I stamped with Woodgrain Background.

Inside is a sentiment from PI Warm Winter along with hearts from Lollipop Additions - Love and strip of Kraft cardstock stamped with Striped Backgrounds.

Whew! We made it, and that's not all, there's more fun tonight starting with a release party at Splitcoast, the release of Brand New MFT stamps and Die-namics at 10pm EST, and the November Product Launch (our chance to show you even MORE ideas for the new stamps and Die-namics). You'll find complete details at the MFT Blog, and remember to come back here at 10pm EST because I have more projects to share with you!
