Color Throwdown 471

Welcome to Color Throwdown Challenge #471 I'm using a mix of Reverse Confetti dies and stamps which are linked below. I love the mix of gold and silver as well as the textures in the details of the die cuts. I stamped the sentiment in black Versafine ink and then sprinkled gold embossing powder over it, shaking off some of the gold to let the black ink show through.

We'd love to have you play along with this week's colors - silver, gold , black and white. Remember to use keyword CTD471 in public galleries and #ctd471 and #colorthrowdown on social media.

Ready for inspiration from the CTD team and guests?

Color Throwdown 470

Welcome to Color Throwdown Challenge #470! This week's inspiration is all about the old gobbler, and a yummy looking one at that. We'd love to have you play along with this week's colors - red, orange, yellow and brown. Remember to use keyword CTD470 in public galleries and #ctd470 and #colorthrowdown on social media.

My card uses a combination of Reverse Confetti's Christmas Bear and Paw Prints sets. I just love the way the Dawn Machell sets work together.

After coloring the tree lights with an orange Zig marker, I went over each bulb with a yellow colored pencil to give them a bit more 'glow'. I also used the spiky grass die from Nuts About You as icicles dangling from above.

Are you ready for more inspiration?

Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop

Happy Friday! It's once again time for the SugarPea Designs Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop! I'm using my favorite to-go cup from Mugs and Kisses for today's card.

Would you like to WIN a $20 gift certificate to spend on some SugarPea Designs of your own?  Please visit with each of our design team members listed below and leave a comment for your chance to win! The winner will be announced on Saturday, November 25th.
I've also incorporated the SugarCut - Arrow Cover Plate for a little extra texture. I thought it paired nicely with the shape of the Funky Wreath - Christmas holly leaves.

Are you ready for more inspiration from the team? You are going to LOVE what they've got in store for you today! Thanks so much for stopping and hopping along with SugarPea Designs. Have a great weekend.

Reverse Confetti - Now Available!

It's time to shop the November Release at Reverse Confetti! I hope you've enjoyed all of the countdown projects the team has shared with you this week and have lots of fun ideas ready to put into action. My card today also uses this week's Color Throwdown Challenge palette, so I have two lists of designer links for you today.

Is this the most adorable snowman you've ever seen, or what?! I've combined the smaller Cool Friend snowman with the tree from Sweet Holiday and Confetti Cuts - Scalloped Squares and Small Diamond Tiles Cover Panel. The snowy hill is actually the spiky hill from Nuts About You Confetti Cuts with the spikes trimmed off - stretch those stamps and dies, right?!
