Wednesday Stamp Club 134

If things look a little different here today, it's just me messing around with different designs on Blogger. Gotta change things up a bit. Let me know what you think!

Welcome to Wednesday Stamp Club, and thanks for stopping by to see me today!  I've got a clean and simple design with a splash of rainbow using this week's sketch. The MFT blog has links to everyone playing as well as all the information you need to play along for your chance to win some MFT cash-ola.

I opted for the Die-namics Pretty Pocket in lieu of the central circle called for on the original sketch and topped it with a scroll-y 'hi' from the Happy Hellos Die-namics. All of the white portions are cut from Smooth White card stock and the Lemon Drop layer is stamped with LJD Art Expression Text in coordinating Lemon Drop ink.

After stamping my delicious MFT inks in a rainbow of color (see links below) using one of the many brushstrokes from Abstract  Art and overlapping each brushstroke just enough to get an additional color, I stamped over the top with the Western Backgrounds denim stamp in Steel Blue ink, stamped off once. I really love the extra bit of texture it gives the pocket. How about those yummy buttons?! I could eat 'em for snack. Just got a fresh stash and couldn't wait to throw them together here in Razzle Berry, Limeade and Orange Fizz!

Inside is a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental about Art simply stamped in Black Licorice ink atop a trio of brushstrokes from Abstract Art in Razzle Berry, Orange Fizz and Lemon Drop inks with a paint drip in Blu Raspberry. Super simple.

Thanks for stopping by today, and remember to get inky with this week's sketch! Throw your hat into the ol' ring for some MFT cash...you're gonna need it for the upcoming release in August, and it will be here before you know it!  As always, click on the links below to take you directly to that product at MFT Boutique for fast, easy shopping with MFT's Best Price Guarantee!

I think 'cool' is more than appropriate for this pocket card, lol! I'm just missing the comb!

Love your rainbow pocket design! I will admit I thought it said "chi" at first (early morning bleary eyes). Your new blog design is fresh & clean (not that the old was not...just change makes you notice).
